PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article for wiping which can wipe an item to be wiped while having cushioning property, and wherein contamination is hard to adhere to hands, and in addition, which can be discarded as collected compactly. ;SOLUTION: One surface constituting bodies 11 and 12 are bonded on the periphery except an opening 2, and a bag body is formed. The one surface constituting bodies 11 and 12 are constituted in such a manner that a cushioning layer which can absorb and hold a liquid is pinched between a liquid permeable face sheet and a waterproof internal surface sheet. After wiping contamination by the external surface sheet, the front edge section 3 having a shorter width dimension is pulled out to the outside from the opening to turn this article for wiping inside out.
