PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side printing device equipped with a re-feeding transport device precluding generation of marks with guide rollers in good performance.;SOLUTION: A printing sheet 7B stocked temporarily in a re-feed sheet transport device 61 after completion of printing on its single side is located with its leading edge running against a stopper 20, and in this condition, pressed to a press roller 12 by a re-feed roller 21. The press roller 12 is rotated at the same peripheral linear speed as that of a printing drum 1, and the printing sheet 7B pressed by the re-feed roller 21 is transported receiving a transporting force. In the range from downstream of the re-feed roller 21 to before nipping by the printing drum 1 and the press roller, the sheet 7B is guided by a recording medium guide means 22.
