PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fluid coating tool which can suppress the settling of an easily settling fluid liquid and deterioration of initial coating properties, can simplify a manufacturing installation even when a fluid liquid storing pipe is pressed, has no possibility of bringing about leakage of the fluid liquid when it is not coated, and has no possibility of blowing up of the fluid liquid.;SOLUTION: A hollow shaft body 1, a refill unit 10 stored exchangeably in the shaft body 1 and movable forward and backward in the shaft direction, a knocking mechanism 20 making the apex part of the refill unit 10 out and in from the opened front part of the shaft body 1, and a pressing mechanism 40 supported by a rotor 22 of the knocking mechanism 20 and brought into contact with the refill unit 10, are equipped. The refill unit 10 is constituted of a transparent ink storing pipe 12 filled with a white pigment ink 11, and a writing part 14 mounted so as to be communicated with the apex part of the ink storing pipe 12 and projecting from the opened front part of the shaft body 1 during writing.
