PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device efficiently removing a water soluble salt existing in a water-base mixing liquid at high concentration.;SOLUTION: The device has the following member and removes crystal of the following water soluble salt by carrying out crystalization/growth while making the following fine air bubbles as nuclei. The device has a vessel having a cylindrical bottom part continued to a cone for retaining the water-base mixing liquid containing the water soluble sa a water-base introduction means provided on the cylindrical part of the vessel; a crystal slurry removal means provided at an apex of the cone of the vessel bottom part for removing the crystal slurry of the water soluble salt crystalized from the water-base mixing liquid; a flow regulating cylinder arranged approximately concentrically to the cylinder while leaving spaces at an upper part and a lower part of the cylindrical part of the vessel; a fine air bubble generation means provided at the lower part of the cylindrical part of the vessel left by the flow regulating cylinder and at a position where the fine air bubble is generated and raised in a cross section of the flow regulating cylinder; and a cooling means capable of cooling the water-base mixing liquid containing the water soluble salt introduced/retained to a saturation point or lower of the water soluble salt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
