PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder storing container in which an opening part is sealed with a film-like sealing material and which exhibits no deterioration of welding strength and no decrease in releasing properties on a contact position between a container main body and a sealing material after repeated uses and can be reused.;SOLUTION: The powder storing container has a container main body with the opening part for discharging a powder and a sealing member for sealing the opening part. The powder storing container has a plurality of projections provided with a regularity at a contact position between the opening part of the container main body and the sealing member.
