PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for optical memory reproduction that can make readout light for reproducing data from an optical memory medium accurately incident.;SOLUTION: In the device 1A for optical storage medium reproduction, readout light partial displacement mechanisms 14c, 14d, 14e, and 14f partially displace the readout light 100 from the light source 11 in a rotating direction around the optical axis. Servo mark optical detecting mechanisms 15c, 15d, 15e, and 15f detect light intensities of reproduced images obtained with displaced light beams 100c, 100d, 100e, and 100f and supply servo signals 1,500c, 1,500d, 1,500e, and 1,500f of levels corresponding to the intensities to a light source rotating mechanism 12A. The light source rotating mechanism 12A rotates the light source 11 so that the sum level of the servo signals 1,500d and 1,500e is equal to the sum level of the servo signals 1,500c and 1,500f.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
