The present invention use the process of De-humidification to facilitate sub zero processing of the polymeric material. It has been observed that even if the water molecules are sparsely distributed in the polymer raw materials or in the processing environment, it forms an obstruction, by humidity / moisture getting adsorbed on the amorphous portion of the polymer. During the subzero temperatures this adsorbed water changes its physical state and obstructs the processing of polymer material. An intermediate process of de-humidification would render most useful in effective processing of polymeric materials by minimizing the presence of moisture during the processing. De-humidification is the method which basically removes humidity from the material to be processed or the processing environment by condensation of vapor, Adsorption of water vapor, Absorption of water vapor, Supercritical drying, and freeze drying or known methods thereof. It"s also a combination of process with an intention to reduce humidity before processing of such materials which intends to achieve a low level of humidity during the process.
