Invention herewith described refers to the use of the device and the device in the form of a pipe full of a liquid agent for nourishing and /(or) protection of herbs added to the substrate where the emptying takes place. Device stores the liquid nourishing and protecting agents 5 in a tank 4 which is made of a pipe wall (3), limited with a bottom closure 1 and a top closure 2, where during the use of the device, it uses the properties of the liquid and the vacuum, so that by the removal of the bottom closure 1 there is no discharge of the liquid agent for nourishing and(or) protection of herbs (5), and upon that the bottom end of the pipe is inserted into a substrate 8, and thereupon even the top closure 2, which enables the entry of air into the pipe and emptying the tank 4 which can be controlled by the use of the porous material 6 or a closure with a protruded part 7 which are set at the bottom end of the pipe, while the device can be used with the plants in a flower pot or in a field, and for plants in open and closed areas, as well.
