A method for estimation of functional reserves of cardiovascular system for distribution of children to medical groups at lessons of physical training by measurement of frequency of intimate reductions, where an index of functional changes of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure and index of physical working capacity is determined by measurement of frequency of intimate reductions after carrying out of a test with physical load, with the subsequent combination of their various levels, which determines the attribution of children to a medical group at lessons of physical training.
