A method for conservative treating prostate adenoma and prostatitis comprises the ultrasonic rectal phonophoresis with aloe extract applied onto periurethral glands of the prosthetic division of urethra and the prostate in case of prostatitis. The acoustic stimulation is performed with the pulses of direct current applied to the cells of the kidneys and the urinary bladder. The ultraviolet rectal irradiation of blood is performed in combination with the rectal exposure to the red laser. The transfer factor of the cells obtained from the quail eggs is injected. The treatment also comprises psychotherapy.
