METHOD FOR TREATING NEUROPATHY OF FACIAL NERVE IN FACIAL STAPHYLODERMIA

A method for treating the neuropathy of the facial nerve in facial staphylodermia provides for inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus with the aid of physiotherapeutic procedures. Namely, the pathologic foci in the face are exposed to laser radiation in the infrared range of 0.8-0.86 m in continuous pulse mode with modulation frequency of 10 Hz and output of 10-20 MW/cm through the filter with Ceftriaxon, 2 minutes for each focus, 7-12 sessions in total. Upon removal of staphylodermia foci, the conventional acupuncture is used for treating paresis and contracture of the mimic muscles.
