METHOD FOR COMPLEX MEDICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SURVEILLANCE OF TRAINING TOP SPORTSMEN

A method for the complex medical and pedagogical surveillance of the training of top sportsmen comprises the visual detection of the fatigue, the measurements of body mass, pulse, arterial blood pressure, breathing rate, vital capacity of the lungs and the trials with additional specific physical loads. The method provides for coordination trial in Romberg position IV, the assessment of the latent period of the motor response to sound and light, the measurement of the hand strength. The additional specific physical load consist in the "fight with the imaginary rival" prior to and after the training session. The pulse is measured continuously with the aid of telemetric analyzer "Polar".
