A vibroisolating device of a machine tool of floating repair shop contains a vibroisolating support in the form of a basis with a rubber element, in axial aperture of which a cylinder, a piston with a calibrated orifice and a compression valve, a stock are installed. The upper part of the latter is made in the form of an adjustment screw. An adjustment screw is installed with possibility of interaction in the upper part with the surface of a spherical hole in the front part of a clamp, located with possibility of rotation in the vertical plane on the axle of the support and the rear part of clamp by means of longitudinal grooves contacting with the axle of support interacts via the support stock with the piston of hydraulic cylinder, in the lower part of which a spring accumulator is located and in the middle part of the outer surface - a small half-coupling with a valve and with possibility of interaction with the inner surface of the large half-coupling of hydropneumatic pressure pick-off containing inside a valve pin and balls.
