The invention relates to a support-model assembly with minimum aerodynamic interference for tests in the transonic range in a wind tunnel, said set comprising two main parts: a front sting which is essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the model, and a blade. The support is connected to the model by means of the blade, the model emulating an aeroplane. The front sting of the support comprises an extension extending horizontally along a front area of the fuselage of the model, from where the blade starts, and past the point at which the blade is connected to the model, in such a way that the area of the cross-section of the extension is obtained by applying the aerodynamic principle of the area rule to the assembly of front sting, blade, model and extension.
