Disclosed is an organic piezoelectric film characterized in that, when the organic piezoelectric film is produced, in the replacement of a filtering medium through which an organic piezoelectric material solution no longer can be filtered, a large amount of a solvent vapor harmful to working environment is not produced, and the organic piezoelectric material solution, which stays on the filtering medium, is added in the step of preparing the organic piezoelectric material solution for reutilization of the solution. Also disclosed are an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic medical image diagnosis device, and a process for producing an organic piezoelectric film. The process for producing an organic piezoelectric film comprises the steps of preparing at least one organic piezoelectric material solution, filtering the at least one organic piezoelectric material solution, and forming a film from the filtered at least one organic piezoelectric material solution and drying the film. The process is characterized in that the organic piezoelectric material solution, which stays on the filtering medium in the step of filtering the at least one organic piezoelectric material solution, is reutilized in the step of preparing at least one organic piezoelectric material solution or the step of filtering the at least one organic piezoelectric material solution.
