PURPOSE: A door armrest for a vehicle mounting an airbag for preventing the impact of a passenger is provided to safely protect the passenger from injure by the door armrest protruded to the indoor direction of the vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A door armrest for a vehicle mounting an airbag for preventing the impact of a passenger includes a housing(20), an airbag(30), an armrest cover(40), and an inflator(50). The housing is fixed on the top of the door armrest. The penetration hole is formed in the upper side of the housing. The housing forms the gap into the longitudinal direction of the door armrest. The airbag is installed in the inner structure of the housing. The armrest cover covers the top of the door armrest.
