PURPOSE: A hydrogen reformer or a heat exchanger tube is provided to offer an economic and high quality of products by manufacturing the product within a short time with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The hydrogen reformer or the heat exchanger tube includes a first metallic conduit(100), metal corrugated plate(200), and flow path. A valley which surrounds the outside of the first metallic conduit and a floor are consecutively formed in the metal corrugated plate. The flow path is faced towards the lower part of the tube by closely adhering closely the first metallic conduit and the metal corrugated plate. The metal corrugated plate surrounds the outside of the first metallic conduit. The metal corrugated plate is spirally reeled by having an interval in the outside of the first metallic conduit.
