PURPOSE: A plate type heat exchanger is provided to achieve heat exchange of heterogeneous heat exchange media through a simple configuration of laminating plates. CONSTITUTION: A plate type heat exchanger(1000) comprises a first flow part(100), a second flow part, a first inlet pipe(110), a first outlet pipe(120), a second inlet pipe, and a second outlet pipe. In the first flow part and the second flow part, first and second heat exchange media alternatively flow according as plural plates are laminated. The plate comprises a first connecting hole, a second connecting hole, a third connecting hole, a fourth connecting hole, a fifth connecting hole, a sixth connecting hole, and a partitioning part(101). The first to fourth connecting holes are connected to the first flow part. The fifth and sixth connecting holes are connected to the second flow part. The partitioning part partitions the first flow part or the second flow part into left and right parts so as to form a first flow channel(102) and a second flow channel(103).
