PURPOSE: A mooring device is provided to reduce an impact load to a mooring line between two ships, resulting from the relative motion of the two ships by an external factor.;CONSTITUTION: A mooring device capable of reducing an impact load to a mooring line between two ships which are moored in parallel comprises a winder(110), a tensile measuring unit(120), and a controller(130). The winder is installed in one of the ships to roll or unroll the mooring line. The tensile measuring unit is installed in the ship to measure and output the tension of the mooring line. The controller receives the sensing signal outputted from the tensile measuring unit and controls the winder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
