MASS-EXTRACTING METHOD OF QUERCETIN GLYCOSIDE FROM KYOHO LEAVES

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for massively extracting quercetin glycoside which is derived from Kyoho grape leave is provided to reduce price of raw material and produce large amount of quercetin glycoside. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting quercetin glycoside which is derived from Kyoho leaves comprises: a step of pulverizing Kyoho leaves; a step of filtering the pulverized leaves to obtain concentrate; and a step of performing column chromatography to extract quercetin glycoside. The concentrate is obtained by a decompression evaporator. The method further comprises a step of mixing the concentrate with chloroform to remove chlorophyll and lipid.
