PURPOSE: A power toothbrush capable of the complex action is provided, which can implement the most ideal operation mode for scaling and removing foreign material between teeth. CONSTITUTION: A power toothbrush capable of the complex action comprises a toothbrush handle(10); and a brush part(20) which is detachably installed in the toothbrush handle. The toothbrush handle comprises a first operating unit(100) which moves the brush part forward and backward; and a second operating unit(200) which vibrates the brush part to the right and left. The brush part includes brushes delivered with complex action of the right and left vibration and forward and backward movement; and a protection cover(400) arranged in the outside of the vibration brush.
