PURPOSE: A drinking fountain is provided to reduce the load and to increase the thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A drinking fountain comprises a cooling device(30), a transfer pipe(40) and valves(50,50'). The cooling device comprises a coolant tank(32) and an evaporator(31). The coolant cask is filled with the liquid transferring the heat. The evaporator is installed at the outside of the coolant tank and cools the liquid. The transfer pipe is installed inside the coolant tank and transfers the drinking water. The valves open and close the transfer pipe.
