PURPOSE: Non-ion hydrophilic polypropylene staple fibers and nonwoven fabric made thereof are provided to improve quality and workability of the nonwoven fabric, and to prevent production of static electricity efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of non-ion hydrophilic polypropylene staple fibers includes the following steps of: forming a composition by melting polypropylene; manufacturing undrawn yarns by spinning composition at an extruding temperature of 240 ~ 300C; drawing undrawn yarns with the stretching ratio of 1.5 ~ 4.0; crimping the drawn yarns; attaching the nonionic hydrophile spinning agent on the surface of the drawn yarns; and cutting the heat-set-drawn yarns.
