STEAM GENERATOR TO SUPPLY PURE STEAM WITHOUT MOISTURE

PURPOSE: A steam generator is provided to perform rapid heating by heating water by a heater and heat medium oil.;CONSTITUTION: A steam generator comprises a heating tank(100), heaters(200), a filtering net(400), a water level sensor and a steam temperature sensor(140), a temperature meter(160), and a controller. A water inlet(110) is formed on one side of the heating tank. A steam outlet(120) and an air pin connection pipe(130) are formed on the upper part of the heating tank. The heaters installed on the bottom end of the heating tank heat water directly. The filtering net is installed in the top end inside of the heating tank. The water leven sensor and the steam temperature sensor installed on a part of the heating tank sense the water level and the steam temperature. The temperature meter installed on a part of the heating tank checks the water temperature within the heating tank.
