PURPOSE: A resource security system and a resource security method are provided to require a access to a resource by supplying cooki file including the authentication result and access authority information from an authorization control server. CONSTITUTION: External devices(100a,100b) require an access to a resource stored inside a predetermined terminal device. An authorization control server(200) stores certification-related information according to the kind of terminals. The authorization control server authorizes the access to the external devices according to access-request based on the certification-related information. The authorization control server offers access authority information access to the resource corresponding to the external device. The terminal device(300) receives a access-request signal according to the access authority information requesting the access to resource from the external device. The terminal device permits the access to the resource from the external device based on the access authority information.
