PURPOSE: An electrochemical regeneration method of oxidoreductase cofactor using a metal nanoparticle is provided to enhance regeneration rate of the oxidoreductase cofactor and efficiency to various bio-catalytic reaction.;CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical regeneration method of an oxidoreductase cofactor comprises: a step(step 1) of adding a metal nanoparticle of oxidative oxidoreductase cofactor, primary mediate of methyl viologen, ruthenium II complex or rhodium III complex to an oxidoreductase reaction group; and a step(step 2) of applying voltage to the reaction group and stirring to generate oxidoreductase cofactor. The oxidative oxidoreductase cofactor is NAD+, NADP+, FAD+ or FMN+. The ruthenium II complex is (hexamethylbenzen-2,2'-bipyridinechloro)rhuthenium(II). The rhodium III complex is (pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-2,2'-bipyridinechloro)rhodium(III). The metal nanoparticle is gold, silver, platinum, iron, nickel, copper, iridium, rhuthenium, covalt, chrome or palladium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
