PURPOSE: UI design modification system and method are provided to obtain new UI design to a user by varying UI resource of a terminal device to an external device and applying/registering UI design to a terminal device.;CONSTITUTION: If an external device(100) requests UI(User Interface) resource of a terminal device(300), a UI design service server(200) receives the UI resource from the terminal device and provides the UI resource to the external device. The external device controls the UI design based on the UI resource and transmits the UI design set applied with the controlled UI design to the UI design service server.
