PURPOSE: A power transmission apparatus for a compressor is provided to smoothly operate a disc by forming the irregularly shaped surface of a shock-absorbing rubber.;CONSTITUTION: A power transmission apparatus for a compressor comprises a hub(150), a damper(152), and a disc(160). The hub is coupled on a rotary shaft(124) and rotates with the rotary shaft. The damper comprises a first frame(154) which is coupled with the hub and a second frame(156) which is integrated with the first frame by a shock-absorbing part. The disc is selectively attached to a pulley(140) which is rotated by the drive force of an engine and simultaneously transfers the rotation force, delivered to the pulley, to the rotary shaft and is fixed on the second frame. Protrusions which adhere closely to one side of the disc are formed on the shock-absorbing part. An absorption prevention unit is formed on one side of the surface of the protrusion and the corresponding surface of the disc. The absorption prevention unit forms a space between the protrusion of the shock-absorbing part and the disc.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
