PURPOSE: A supercooling apparatus and a refrigerator including the same are provided to store the liquid inside of a bottle in a supercooled state without changing the structure of the conventional refrigerator.;CONSTITUTION: A supercooling apparatus comprises a casing(100), a fixing unit(200), and a heater. The casing provides a space in which a bottle is put and includes a rotating part(110) which is fastened to the fixing unit, a receiving part(120) which is connected to the rotating unit, a top cap(130) which is located above the receiving part and moves up and down, and an expansion part(140) which flexibly connects the top cap and the receiving part.
