PURPOSE: A gas blocking device for default management which stops gas supply in case of default and a management system thereof are provided to manage the default of gas rate by mounting a device which can cancel the gas supply suspension using a password.;CONSTITUTION: A gas blocking device for default management comprises a default management gas blocking device(100), a default management server(200), and a mobile communication terminal(300). The default management gas blocking device can contact with a valve by canceling the gas supply suspension using a password. A default management server manages user information and the password of default management gas blocking device.
