PURPOSE: A multiplex pipe for maintaining extremely low temperature is provided to improve cooling efficiency when an object is cooled by minimizing thermal conductivity of air and liquid of extremely low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A multiplex pipe for maintaining extremely low temperature comprises first, second, third, and fourth pipes(110,120,130,140). Extremely low temperature liquid(112a), which cools an object(111), flows in the first pipe. The second pipe covers the first pipe. The third pipe covers the second pipe. Low temperature liquid(112b) flows in the third pipe. The low temperature liquid is created by converting the extremely low temperature liquid which cools the object. The fourth pipe covers the third pipe.
