PURPOSE: A membership management system for foreign language immersed education and an operating method thereof are provided to increase the reliability in learning and reduce financial costs of a service provider and a user by issuing a commercial membership ticket for registering to a foreign language institute and managing the assessment for learning through the authentication of the membership ticket.;CONSTITUTION: A membership manager(120) secures person ID information and the membership information included in a proof document, and manages the issuance and sales of the membership ticket. A member authentication unit(140) provides the personal ID information and the authentication result based on the proof document. When the member requests the registration to an institute through a terminal, an online registration unit(130) performs registration by judging based on the membership information whether or not the registration is enabled.
