PURPOSE: A dual valve device is provided to prevent burned ashes from being scattered by shutting a passage as soon as the passage is opened by a pair of opening and shutting plates. CONSTITUTION: A dual valve device(100) is composed of a discharging unit(110), a pair of opening and shutting units(210), and a power generating unit(310). The discharging unit is connected to an incinerator, and discharges burned ashes to outside. The opening and shutting units are installed corresponding to the discharging unit, and intermit discharging of the burned ashes. The power generating unit operates the opening and shutting units.
