PURPOSE: A diffuse reflection is caused in the surface of the soundproof panel by forming the projected form having the pattern which is embossed in above surface of the soundproof panel or the device for reducing noise for transformer uniforms.;CONSTITUTION: A transformer tank part(100) is formed outside transformer. A tank stiffener portion(200) piles up in a circle the transformer tank part in order to supplement the mechanical strength of the transformer tank. The soundproof panel part(300) is located on the top of the tank stiffener portion transformer and bad luck main part complementary in order to reduce the noise.
