Alternative piston pump, able to take in and dispense a determinate quantity of a dye, paint or similar product, comprising a container (11) having a cylindrical cavity (17) inside which a piston (23) is able to slide axially, and a sleeve extendible axially and rigid radially (22), inserted into said cylindrical cavity (17) and having a first end (22a) connected to said piston (23).
