PURPOSE: An aerogenerator equipped with a fixed temperature system is provided to improve the rotating capacity of blade by cleaning the surface of the blade using subsurface water. CONSTITUTION: An aerogenerator equipped with a fixed temperature system comprises a heater and a blade(3). The pumped underground water cools the heater. A part of underground water or the entire underground water leaks through the surface of the blade after circulating the blade. The water circulates with the rotation of blade.
