PURPOSE: A greenhouse cooling and heating system using a heat pump is provided to keep plants in the optimum growth condition by controlling the temperature of a greenhouse using terrestrial heat and solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A greenhouse cooling and heating system comprises a first fan coil unit(2), a second fan coil unit(14), a heat pump, a heat radiation pipe(26b), a heat absorption pipe(27b), a first cold water line(4), a second cold water line(8), a third cold water line(5), a first hot water line(9), a second hot water line(11) and a third hot water line(13). The first fan coil unit and the second fan coil unit are respectively installed in the upper and lower part inside a greenhouse. The heat pump is installed outside of the greenhouse, and connects in series a compressor(28), a condenser(27a), an expansion valve(29), and an evaporator(26a) to constitute a closed circuit. The heat radiation pipe is installed corresponding to the evaporator of the heat pump. The heat absorption pipe is installed corresponding to the condenser of the heat pump. The first cold water line connects the first fan coil unit and a water tank. The second cold water line connects the first fan coil unit and the heat radiation pipe. The third cold water line connects the heat radiation pipe and the water tank. The first hot water line connects the heat absorption pipe and a heat storage tank. The second hot water line connects the heat absorption pipe and the second fan coil unit. The third hot water line connects the second fan coil unit and the hear storage tank.
