PURPOSE: A high pressure fuel pump is provided to prevent the compression resistance generated in the space formed between the inner projection of the chamber and the tappet sliding up and down in the chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A high pressure fuel pump comprises one or more air channels(140) and a chamber(120). A plunger(110) can reciprocate inside of the chamber.
