PURPOSE: Super heat resisting alloy inconel 617 with improved high temperature oxidation properties and high temperature mechanical properties, and a method for preparing the same are provided to produce hardness and minute granulates through cold rolling and annealing.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing super heat resisting alloy inconel 617 comprises a step of cold rolling at the reduction rate of 10~80% and a step of recrystallization through annealing at the temperature of 950~1100°C for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
