PURPOSE: A biometric authentication device, a biometric authentication method, and a computer readable recording medium having biometric authentication program recorded thereon are provided to use moving information of an organic from a plurality of pixels which is obtained by photographing, thereby providing performing determination.;CONSTITUTION: An image pickup unit(28) makes body fold and unfold and photographs it. A palm motion feature comparing unit(20) extracts motion information of the organism from a plurality of images obtained by the image pickup unit.
