METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONVERTING METADATA FOR EXCHANGING IPTV CONTENTS

PURPOSE: Meta-data transform method and system for the IPTV contents exchange are provided, in which the parameters of operator is substituted before the effective performance of XPath computational expression in the execution process of XSLT and the XPath operators are optimized. CONSTITUTION: An application server access unit(109) distributes the information of application server to the DB technology management unit(106), and the data processing technology management unit(107) and data processing unit(108). A DB administration unit(111) reads the DB data with the DB technology(112) through the DB access unit(110). The data processing unit requests the access to the DB administration unit and the DB(102-1,102-n,103-1,103-m) according to the data processing technology(113). The data processing unit transforms the acquired meta-data and profile data into the output form.
