PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for building a personal network and an extended personal network are provided to share a personal network with other users.;CONSTITUTION: A control unit(1110) constructs a personal communication network by registering the information on the communication terminals through the communication with plural communication terminals. The control unit registers the user terminals by confirming the rights of the user terminal which requests the registration, and searches a communication terminal which holds the requested resources among the plural registered communication terminals.
