PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing vocational education are provided to supply education contents with a weight related to a career roadmap.;CONSTITUTION: A comparison and evaluation module(240) compares a related carrier path and a carrier road map. The comparison and evaluation module selects a recommendation career path according to a similarity degree of a purpose and accomplishment procedure. An education content management module(290) selects education contents related to the recommendation career path. If an employee finishes the related education contents, the education content management module sets a weight value so that obtained scores are higher than other education contents except the related education contents.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
