PURPOSE: A white light emitting device is provided to obtain high light efficiency and photonic efficiency by separately forming each R(Red), G(Green), and B(Blue) fluorescent substance.;CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray source emits the ultraviolet ray to the light source. Red fluorescent substance comprises caAlSiN3:Eu, and Ca2Si6N8:Eu or(Ca, Sr) S:Eu. Green fluorescent substance comprises(SrBaMg) 2SiO4: eu. Blue fluorescent substance comprises the Sr 6(PO4) 3Cl:Eu. The ultraviolet-ray LED is the ultraviolet ray source is the wavelength of peak emission of 410nm to 400.
