PURPOSE: A reservation welcome service apparatus and a method using location trace are provided to provide information about reservation of the user in a service agency according to location of reserved user, thereby providing desired order style service to the user in the service agency. CONSTITUTION: A location tracking unit(220) obtains personal identification information of a user through welcome reservation menu. The location tracking unit connects to server of the communication network through the personal identification information. The location tracking unit obtains present position information of the user from the server through the personal identification information. If the present location of the user is in a service area, a welcome notification unit(230) notifies welcome service information.
