PURPOSE: A turbine rotor blade tip which prevents the cross-flow is provided to increase the cooling property of cold air which is discharged to a blade tip.;CONSTITUTION: A turbine rotor blade tip comprises an airfoil and a dovetail. The airfoil comprises a pressure sidewall and a suction sidewall(30), a pressure tip wall(50), a suction tip wall(52) and one or more tip ribs(62). The pressure sidewall and suction sidewall are combined with an insulator part(32) and a post periphery and are expended from a root to a tip plate(48). The pressure tip wall is expended from the tip plate in a radius direction. The pressure tip is positioned near the end of the pressure tip wall.
