METHOD OF PRODUCING A PATCH FOR TRANSDERMAL ADMINISTRATION OF VOLATILE OR HEAT-SENSITIVE DRUG, AND THE PATCH THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a patch for transdermal administration of a volatile drug or a drug which is weak to heat is provided to simplify manufacturing process and to reduce cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a patch for transfermal administration of drug comprises: a step of applying adhesive solution containing adhesive on the drug non-invasive rear layer; a step of drying the applied solution to obtain an adhesive layer; a step of coating a composition containing volatile drug or drug which is weak to heat on the central area; a step of laminating a release layer. The patch for transdermal administration of a volatile drug or a drug which is weak to heat comprises: a drug non-invasive rear layer; an adhesive layer applied on the rear layer; a drug layer coated at the center of the adhesive layer; and a release layer(4) laminated on the adhesive layer and drug layer.
