PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dye-based polarized film is provided to maximize the alignment of a dichromatic dye without increasing a temperature in a drawing process by introducing a solvent vapor annealing procession to the drawing process.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a dye-based polarized film includes a step of manufacturing an undrawn film(100) by dying a dichromatic dye on a thermoplastic resin and a step of aligning the dichromatic dye by drawing the undrawn film. The undrawn film is drawn after an annealing process in which the undrawn film passes through a chamber(110) filed with organic solvent vapor or during the annealing process. The organic solvent has compatibility to the dichromatic dye. The chamber includes a heating plate(112), a heat transfer layer(113), and a solvent layer(114) which are successively laminated on the lower part of the chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
