PURPOSE: When occurring the super wide band signal by using the pulse oscillator of the differential structure, the ultra-wideband signal generator respectively non-simultaneous can control the equivalence half circuit of the pulse oscillator of the differential structure for generation and BPSK modulation of the pulse.;CONSTITUTION: The oscillator unit(210) is composed of resonators and negative generators(212a, 212b). The oscillator unit generates the pulse signal according to the electric power supply. The first switch part(220) controls the power supply provided to the oscillator unit. The oscillator unit is composed of the equivalent half circuit. In the oscillator unit, two switches(221, 222) of the first switch part respectively controls the power supply provided to two equivalence half circuits.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
