PURPOSE: A system and a method intermediating a helper are provided to provide information about helper recruiter to a helper in a real time, thereby connecting the helper and an employer of the helper.;CONSTITUTION: A personal information verifier(102) inspects authenticity of personal information form a client units(101). A personal information storage unit(104) stores personal information and job information of authenticated helper job seeker and personal information and job information of a helper. A controller(105) controls the personal information and job information of the helper job seeker to be check from the helper.
